Villa Katerina is all 13 studios and flats located at a very good place to visit the city of Chania. It is only 500m from the centre of the city, and at same distance from the old town of Chania, and only 100m from the beach of Nea chora. The "Villa" is composed by 2 buildings separated by a nice small garden and a terrace where everyone of the guests can use it to take his breakfast or share a coffee with any other guest of the villa.
All studios have kitchen, bathroom, Television, and are air-conditionned.A free use of a washing machine is also available. Some of these studios have delightful small balconies, others not, according to their position. The cleaning of rooms is made regulary every 3 days with change of sheets.
